Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Policy

i)- PoSH Policy Statement:

Prologic Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all employees. The company has zero tolerance towards any form of sexual harassment at the workplace.

All employees are informed about their right to work free from sexual harassment, and the company follows the requirements of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act, 2013.

ii)- Internal Committee (IC) Constitution:-

As per the PoSH Act, an Internal Committee (IC) has been constituted to address complaints of sexual harassment. The IC comprises the following members:

The IC meets regularly and ensures fair, unbiased handling of all complaints.

iii)- Complaint Redressal Mechanism:-
  • Any employee may file a complaint of sexual harassment with any member of the Internal Committee.
  • Complaints can be submitted in writing or by email, and will be investigated confidentially and promptly.
  • The IC will complete its inquiry within the timelines specified under the PoSH Act.
iv)- Awareness and Training:-
  • All employees are made aware of the PoSH policy during induction.
  • Annual sensitization and awareness programs are conducted for all employees and IC members.
v)- Display & Communication:-

This PoSH policy and IC contact details are displayed prominently within the office premises and shared with all staff.

vi)- Annual Reporting:-

The Internal Committee submits an annual report to the designated authority, mentioning the number of cases filed and their disposal.

Whistleblower Policy

i)- Purpose:-

Prologic Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct. This policy aims to provide employees and stakeholders with a safe and confidential way to report any unethical, illegal, or improper conduct without fear of retaliation.

ii)- Scope:-

This policy applies to all employees, consultants, vendors, and contractors of the company.

i)- Purpose:-

To protect all company and client information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or destruction.

  • Confidential data must not be shared or transferred except for legitimate business purposes.
  • Passwords and access credentials must be kept confidential and updated regularly.

Fire Safety & Disaster Recovery Policy

i)- Purpose:-

To ensure the safety of all employees and protect company assets in case of fire or other emergencies.

ii)- Scope:-

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors at all company locations.

iii)- Fire Safety Guidelines:-
  • Fire extinguishers and emergency exits are installed and checked regularly.
  • All employees must be aware of the nearest emergency exit and evacuation routes.
  • Fire evacuation drills are conducted at least once a year.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside office premises.
